J.K. McAndrews brings to the Greater Houston area an exceptional record of leadership and strategic vision with over 40 years of experience working within the financial services industry as an advisor, Sales Manager and General Agent. He began his career as an advisor with Mutual of New York in 1982, became a Sales Manager in his own district office in 1990 and assumed the leadership of the Houston office as Managing Director in 1998. He has spent the last 22 years as President and CEO of Strategic Financial Group, a MassMutual firm, which has served the Houston area since 1903. Under J.K.’s leadership, Strategic Financial Group, has grown from fewer than 30 advisors to more than 100.
Lena Allouche is Chief Growth Officer at Strategic Financial Group. Lena’s broad knowledge of insurance and investment products gives her clients the confidence they need when working with a financial strategist. Not only does Lena help families and business owners with their financial strategies, she is also responsible for the growth and development of other financial professionals at Strategic Financial Group. She is a graduate from the University of Houston Bauer Honors School of Business. She received her BBA in Finance and a certification in Risk Management and Insurance. Building on her strong foundation in business and finance, Lena pursued her interest in organizational psychology and completed her Master of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Lena is currently the President of NAIFA-Houston and advocates for financial advisors across the country.
